A 1914 Railway Clearing House map of the lines around the now-vanished Ludgate Hill railway station in London.
The red and white dotted line is now the Central Line on the tube; the yellow line is the Circle Line. The north-south red railway line does not exist - the Holborn Viaduct was torn down in 1990. Blackfriars and Snow Hill stations are now connected via a new tunnel for Thameslink services. More here.
